Monthly sites from $395, electricity included. Take $100 off your first month’s rent.

Weekly rates include electricity and full access to all facilities. Pad sizes include space for a vehicle, so your rig needs to be shorter than the pad.
Monthly rates include up to 1,000 kWh of electricity a month. Across a full year, about 7 in 10 resident-months stay within it, though most July, August and September months run over. Use above 1,000 kWh is billed at $0.10 per kWh through October 31, 2026, and $0.14 per kWh from November 1, 2026.

Weekly rates apply to stays of 7 to 29 nights. Monthly rates apply to stays of 30 nights or more, and your first month is $100 off.
Nightly stays are priced when you check availability. Event dates (Rocklahoma, Born & Raised and other posted dates) are paid in full at booking.

The cabin and the apartment rent by the month only, and both are booked by phone. For those, or for any monthly RV site, call or text (539) 867-7222. Tell us your rig length and we will match you to a site tier.
Good to Know
Nightly stays: Choose your dates when you check availability online and the nightly rate is shown before you pay.
Weekly stays: Billed per night with a seven-night minimum.
Vehicles: One vehicle per site is included. A second vehicle is $25 a month or $10 a night. Please register every vehicle with the office.
Payments: A 2% fee applies to payments made online. There is no fee on cash, check, or a card paid in person at the office.
Late fee: 5% of any invoice left unpaid after its due date.
Cancellations: Nightly and weekly stays: full refund 7 or more days before arrival; one night’s charge 2 to 6 days before arrival; no refund within 48 hours of arrival. Event dates: no refund within 30 days of arrival.
Rent: Billed monthly in advance on your move-in date. Month to month; no lease. No move-in deposit.
Notice to leave: 14 days for RV sites. 30 days for the cabin and the apartment.
Early departure: Apartment rent is not prorated or refunded. Please give 30 days notice.
Times: Check-in 2 PM. Check-out 11 AM. Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM.
Occupancy: Up to 5 guests per site. Up to 2 pets, leashed outside.
Sales tax: Stays under 30 consecutive nights are subject to Oklahoma sales tax.
